The forty six percenter is darker in colour, light mahogany rather than dark straw, the aroma and flavour is more pronounced and therefore much easier to detect the notes of toffee, honey, peel fruits and oak. The swallow is longer and more flavoursome. A big improvement a must for collectors and malt whisky drinkers.
